Prior to every booking, we ensure that your property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the arrival of your guests. We take care of tasks such as preparing bed linen and towels, as well as arranging welcome gifts to enhance their experience.

Upon departure, our meticulous team handles a comprehensive cleaning process, including laundering towels and bed sheets.

In addition, we offer property maintenance services to address any minor or major damages. Before initiating any repairs, we will provide you with a detailed quote for your approval. Furthermore, we can assist with outdoor maintenance, including the upkeep of your garden and/or swimming pool.

Fully detailed reports with cost and revenue analysis

At the end of each month, you will receive a report detailing all the bookings made during that period, including your revenue and costs. Cost of our services

• Formula 1 : Cleaning fees + a flat rate of 10% for management fees
• Formula 2 : Management fees from 20% to 35%.
